Where low temperatures and very
fast cycles are required then mesh belt conveyor
kilns are often the key to fast and flexible
firings.
Product is simply placed onto a mesh belt at
one end and removed and checked at the other
end prior to dispatch.
These kilns can be used for technical firing
requirements such as colours and ferrites as
well as decoration firing of ceramics and glass.
The correct choice of materials used for the
mesh belts are critical and these are carefully
chosen for each specific application.
