Feasibility studies and budget prices are essential from an early stage and ideas generated at the beginning of a project are very often the best solutions when enough experience is applied.

Solutions are generated to suit a huge range of situations but you can be confident that most scenarios have been experienced in one way or another.

From the initial concepts to the final solutions a team of 20 mechanical design engineers are available for offers and layouts; if all eventualities are covered at an early stage then the final solutions and installations can go much more smoothly.

Once a solution has been agreed upon and a project started, the manpower and facilities available ensure that all delivery and installation targets are met.

All 600 engineers follow strict manufacturing schedules and meet very exacting quality standards previously difficult to find in this field. This ensures that plant can be fully built and tested in house making installations faster and more trouble free.

Delivery times are sure to be better than expected and 2/3 months are regularly knocked off project expectations.

The installation teams travel with most kilns to reduce any site disruption. All installations have a mission to get things right first time. This reduces on site costs for everyone, ensures on time project completions and ensures a harmonious end to each project making future partnerships and collaborations that much easier.
